<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component extraction order determining method that shortens the mounting time when components stored in a tray are taken out and mounted on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the component extraction order determining method that determines extraction order of the components stored in the tray with respect to a component mounting machine mounting a plurality of components on the substrate by a mounting head, the component extraction order determining method including: an acquisition step (S102) of acquiring an extraction allowable time in which a component can be taken out of the tray by the mounting head and a tray identifier and a storage position of each of components stored in the tray for each task for sucking at least one component from the tray and mounting it on the substrate; and a determination step (S103) of determining the tray identifier and storage position of the component sucked in each task based on the extraction allowable time obtained in the acquisition step and a time needed for extraction determined from the tray identifier and storage position of each component stored in the tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
