PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certain degree of independence in the movement of a connecting rod with respect to a crank shaft. SOLUTION: When a connecting rod 3 is moved by a connecting rod rotary bolt gear wheel 4 that moves together with a connecting rod rotary bolt 5, a crank shaft 6 moves independently of the connecting rod 3 without being directly dependent on the movement of a crank shaft bolt 7 although the connecting rod 3 is connected to the crank shaft 6 and to a piston 1. This provides difference between a travel path of the piston 1 between a bottom and a top dead points, and a rotational diameter of the crank shaft bolt 7.
