<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable liquid water accumulated in a pipe downstream of a water separator to be guided to the water separator and discharged without performing an operation such as forcibly operating a circulation pump. <P>SOLUTION: A branch unit 10 is provided at an appropriate location on a pipe between the water separator 6 and an anode entrance of a fuel cell stack 1.
