<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cola seasoning produced based on research and development of a new method for utilizing cola concentrate in view of industrial development in the future, and solving the following problem: the cola concentrate is conventionally utilized only as a base raw material for a cola carbonic acid soft drink; and the production of cola carbonic acid soft drink containing a large amount of sugar is declining and expected to be more reduced in the future due to recently increasing health consciousness, and thereby the production of the cola concentrate as its raw material is drastically affected by the reduction and does not escape the reduction in production volume, and also the effect by the reduction in production volume of the drink is not small in entire industry. <P>SOLUTION: The cola seasoning is researched and developed based on effectiveness of the cola concentrate as new seasoning for various kinds of cuisine as a new application field through developmentally releasing the cola concentrate from being regarded as the base raw material for the carbonic acid soft drink. Specifically, various kinds of cola seasonings obtained by adding the various kinds of materials to the cola concentrate and processing the mixture are industrially produced on a commercial basis, and the various utilization of the various kinds of new coke seasonings results in broadening the world of cuisine and largely contributing expected development in new industry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
