<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatography method that shortens the amplification period and reduces irregularity after amplification. <P>SOLUTION: In the immunochromatography method, a test material and a labeled material modified by a first antibody to the test material are developed on a porous carrier, while forming a complex therefrom, the test material and the labeled material are captured on a reaction portion on the porous carrier having a material having binding property to a second binding material to the test material or a first binding material to the test material, and the test material is detected. The immunochromatography method includes steps of detecting the test material by sensitization using amplification liquid containing a reducing agent for compound containing silver and silver ions, and developing the test material and the amplification liquid while the developing direction of the test material is different from that of the amplification liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
