PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying member cleaning member capable of achieving prolongation of the service life of an electrifying member. SOLUTION: The electrifying member cleaning member has a core body and a cylindrical elastic layer formed on the outer circumference of the core body, and includes fibers extending from the core body to the outer circumference part of the elastic layer in the elastic layer.
