PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably introduce a flat tube having a flexible film shape and bent in various directions into a tube clamp. SOLUTION: A guide frame 33 of the flat tube is arranged in the vicinity of an end 21a of a conveyor 21 for conveying the flat tube 31. A tube receiver 41 for receiving the flat tube is arranged in an advancing/retracting manner in the vicinity of a lower end of the guide frame. A supporting body 45 abutted on the flat tube in the guide frame is arranged on one side of the guide frame so as to approach or separate from the flat tube. A vacuum pad 49 of a suction device for sucking the flat tube in the guide frame is arranged on the other side of the guide frame so as to approach or separate from the flat tube while being opposite to the supporting body. A tube clamp 5 for clamping the flat tube is arranged in the vicinity of the guide frame, and the vacuum pad is movable in the approaching/separating direction relative to the tube clamp.
