PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material cutter with a function of appropriately removing fine chips generated during a step of cutting a material by means of an upper blade and a lower blade located in a downstream of a guide groove while intermittently feeding the material along the guide groove. SOLUTION: An air flow is formed from an upstream toward a downstream in the feeding direction of the material 100 along a lower surface 104a of the upper blade 104, and fine chips 100b around cutting edges 104b and 105b of the upper blade 104 and the lower blade 105 are blown by the air flow.
