PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine light emitting device capable of emitting light in various light emission states by a simple structure, and a game machine equipped with the light emitting device. SOLUTION: A side lamp 30 has an illuminant 38 inside a case 32. The illuminant 38 has a light source 52 attached to a shading partition plate 50. The light axis L of the light source 52 is set to cross a reflection plate 36 disposed on the bottom surface 32c of the case 32. The illuminant 38 is movable in the direction along the light axis L.
