#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves moving a pipe to be cleaned and a cleaning device relative to each other, where the device generates a carbon dioxide-snow particle-jet. The carbon dioxide-snow particle-jet is moved by a compressed air stream, and is utilized for cleaning inner- and/or outer sides of the pipe. The pipe and the snow particle-jet are oriented together such that the cleaning of the inner- and/or outer sides is realized. The snow particle-jet is applied on surfaces of the pipe by a round-, flat- and/or annular jet nozzle. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for cleaning inner and outer sides of a pipe, in a pipe-production facility, to liberate the pipe from processing waste e.g. drawing agent such as oil, fat and soap. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The carbon dioxide-snow particle-jet generated by the cleaning device is moved by the compressed air stream, and is utilized for cleaning the inner- and/or outer sides of the pipe, thus achieving fast, cost-effective, environmental-friendly and energy-saving cleaning of the pipes, and avoiding disposal cost for waste water or its concentrates while eliminating need to transport of the pipes to a washing facility. |
