<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC power distribution system for preventing an instantaneous power failure. <P>SOLUTION: When detecting a failure of a discharging section 22, a control section 23 turns off a switch element Q2 to stop discharging a secondary battery 20 by a discharging section 22. In this case, when a power system AC fails, if an output voltage level of an AC-DC conversion device 1 becomes lower than a forward voltage drop (0.6-0.7 V in case of a silicon diode) of a diode D with respect to the output voltage level of the discharging section 22, the diode D is immediately energized to supply power from the discharging section 22 to a load L. Accordingly, as long as no failure occurs, since a dispersed power supply unit 2 can supply power in a power failure of the power system AC, an instantaneous power failure period is prevented which occurs when the dispersed power supply unit 2 supplies power only in a power failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
