<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for measuring the magnetic field of a heart by a thin film magnetic field sensor operating at room temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic field of the heart can be measured by combining a transferring wire passage with a structure constituted by sandwiching a dielectric substrate with a meandering type conductor and an ground conductor, a soft magnetic thin film arranged on the meandering type conductor via an electric insulation layer, a bias coil applying a bias magnetic field to the soft magnetic thin film and arranged on the surface of a body near the heart, and a magnetic field sensor constituted by a phase difference measuring circuit or a time difference measuring circuit by a DMTD method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
