PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of producing appropriately an image in the range blind to an observer. SOLUTION: A first camera 150-1 photographs a first image corresponding to a first range and a second camera 150-2 photographs a second image corresponding to a second range. A controller 102 extracts an object 300 image from the first image and changes the object image in size depending on a magnifying power determined by a distance between an observing point of a driver 400 and the object 300 and a distance between the first camera 150-1 and the object 300. Further, the controller 102 extracts a background image from the second image to overlap the background image on the first image and further overlaps the size-changed object image on the background image, thus producing a combined image.
