A synthesis work flow monitoring device makes a plurality of job application system groups collaborate with each other and determines a rejection in consideration of an agreed service level for a synthesis work flow carried out on an synthesis work flow system that manages a job collaboration. The synthesis work flow monitoring device expresses a condition in the case of the determination of a hypothetical rejection of the synthesis work flow in accordance with the progress of the synthesis work flow. Based on the result the synthesis work flow monitoring device takes a job application system and an influence on response performance to the plurality of work flow systems into account and predicts a processing operation of the synthesis work flow.
