PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Utaseyu apparatus capable of forming liquid droplets of hot water into a round spherical shape at the moment when hot water impinges against a person while suppressing the amount to be used of supplied hot water.

SOLUTION: In the Utaseyu apparatus (1) for discharging the hot water supplied from a hot-water supply source (3) from a nozzle (5) for Utaseyu, the nozzle (5) for Utaseyu has an oblong shape characterized in that the area of a supplied hot-water output port (22) for discharging the supplied hot water is smaller than a supplied hot-water input port (21) for inputting the supplied hot water and one side (a2) of two sides (ab and b2) passing the center of two sides (ab and b2) passing the center of the supplied hot-water output port (22) to mutually cross at a right angle is made shorter than the other side (b2).
