<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the poorly accommodated states of ChemR23 and/or TIG2 in vitro based on the interaction of them, a detection kit and a treating agent of their poorly accommodated states. <P>SOLUTION: This method for detecting the poorly accommodated states of the ChemR23 is provided by: bringing the ChemR23 polypeptide presenting in a tissue sample in contact with a truncated TIG2 polypeptide expressed by a sequence consisting of a specific amino acid sequence or a TIG2 polypeptide obtained by adding, inserting; deleting or substituting the above truncated TIG2 holding at least 50% bonding activity and signal activation level of the truncated TIG2 polypeptide, detecting the bonding of the TIG2 polypeptide with the above tissue sample; and comparing the detected bonding with a control and, if there is a difference from the bonding of the control, supposing that the disorder or disease caused by the poor accommodation of the ChemR23 is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
