PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency switch capable of a low-loss characteristic not by using switching elements for a series. SOLUTION: A high frequency switch is provided with a first high frequency line 20a and a second high frequency line 20b serially connected between a first input/output terminal 10a and a second input/output terminal 10b and between grounds, and a switching element 30 provided between the first high frequency line 20a and the second high frequency line 20b and between the grounds, so that a low-loss characteristic can be provided since it does not use switching elements for the series as conventional. Also, since parallel resonance of an off capacity and a high frequency line are used in an off state, a relation between insertion loss and isolation is not a trade-off relation between the on resistance and the off capacity, so that the low-loss and the high-isolation characteristic can be provided.
