PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting device little in the number of parts, simple in structure, further simple and convenient in assembling and disassembling, furthermore, compact in device structure. SOLUTION: When a worker wants to incline an instrument 1, an operator pulls out first a leg 4 for adjusting angle from a hole 2a. Then he rotates the leg for adjusting angle 90°. Consecutively, he pushes the leg for adjusting angle into the hole. Then, the leg for adjusting angle is advanced into the hole until two pieces of wall stoppers 4b2 abut on respective two receiving side stoppers 2a1b, while two short grooves 4b1 for slide are respectively being guided by two rails 2a1a for groove. Accordingly, the instrument 1 inclines. When the worker wants to return the instrument to the initial angle position, he operates as the same as in the operation. However, since two pieces of wall stoppers 4a2 formed at the end parts of the two long grooves 4a1 for slide abut on respective two receiving side stoppers 2a1b, the leg 4 for adjusting angle is deeply advanced into the holes 2a.
