PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely pull out a split pin from a mounted member (second member). SOLUTION: The split pin 30 is composed of a pair of legs 30b, 30c extending in parallel and a head 30a for connecting one end of the pair of legs 30b, 30c with each other. A twisted part which is twisted with the axial direction of the leg part 30b, 30c as a center at approximately 90°approximately at a center of the pair of legs 30b, 30c. When the split pin 30 is mounted to a cotter pin 24, the head 30a of the split pin 30 is in such a state that a grasping surface 30x is approximately vertical (erecting) with respect to a sidewall surface 222b of a projection piece 22b by the twisted part 30d provided on the legs 30b, 30c.
