PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an electrocardiogram inspection with the electrocardiograph of a real time analysis type using a semiconductor memory by allowing the approximate checking of the electrocardiographic waveforms judged to be normal together with the electrocardiographic waveforms judged to be abnormal. CONSTITUTION:The long-time electrocardiograph 1 has an amplifier section 11 which amplifies the electrocardiographic waveform detected by an electrode section 2, an A/D conversion section 12 which converts the electrocardiographic waveforms amplified by this amplifier section 11 to digital signals, and a CPU 13 which is inputted with the electrocardiographic waveforms converted to the digital signals in this A/D conversion section 12. A ROM 14, a RAM 15, a recording interval setting section 16, a display section 17, and a communication section 18 are connected to the CPU 13. The CPU 13 stores all the electrocardiographic waveforms judged to be abnormal into the RAM 14 and intermittently stores the electrocardiographic waveforms judged to be normal at prescribed time intervals therein. |
