<p>A light source device comprises plural light sources, a light guide disposed oppositely to the plural light sources, and a prism for reflecting light in the light guide. The light guide includes a first region in which a low intensity distribution area of one light source out of the plural light sources and a low intensity distribution area of a light source adjacent to the one light source overlap each other, a second region located on the side of one light source with respect to a boundary line BL out of high intensity distribution areas, the boundary line BL connecting boundaries each between an overlapping portion of a high intensity distribution area of the one light source and a high intensity distribution area of a light source adjacent thereto and the first region, and a third region located in the area other than the second region out of the high intensity distribution areas. The prism has a first prism pattern in which a component that reflects light located in the second region to the first region side is larger than a component that reflects the light to the third region side.</p> |
