SPEECH RESPONSE CREATING DEVICE AND PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output to create proper response for speech of a user even when being spoken in different voice characteristics.

SOLUTION: A speech response creating device includes: creating a situation frequency database 48 correlating each of a plurality of extracted situations 44 and a frequency 46 of each calculated group; discriminating whether an situation included in the speech of the user is a content surprising men and women based on the level of the frequency 46 corresponding to the situation 44 registered in the situation frequency database 48 matched with the situation included in the speech of the user input to a microphone 16; creating the proper response expressing surprise for responding when it is discriminated that it is a surprising content; and outputting the created proper response.
