<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device and a program, which can surely add ground tint information to a document to be processed. <P>SOLUTION: When a document from a PC is received, the access information of the PC is acquired, the ground tint information is prepared from the access information according to ground tint setting, the ground tint information is added to the document, and the document to which the ground tint information is added is stored. When the request of document acquisition from the PC is received, the access information of the PC is acquired, the ground tint information is prepared from the access information according to the ground tint setting, the document of a request object is acquired, the ground tint information is added to the document, and the document is transmitted to the PC. When the request of document printing is received, the access information of a printer is acquired, the ground tint information is prepared from the access information according to the ground tint setting, the document of a printing object is acquired, the ground tint information is added to the document, a printing image in which a ground tint image is combined is prepared, and the printing image is transmitted to the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
