PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing powder adhering to lump ores by which the adhering powder adhering to the surface of lump ores used as a blast-furnace raw material can be efficiently removed. SOLUTION: The lump ores are charged into a shaking separator 1 and collision among the lump ores 10 is accelerated, thereby the adhering powder 11 adhering on the surface of the lump ores 10 with moisture can be shaken down.
