PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which service such as printing of photo data via a network is received by an easy operation according to voice guidance. SOLUTION: This photo service system 100 includes a cellular phone 160 and a voice response device 110 which are connected to a PSTN network 180 and an IP network 181, wherein the voice response device 110 transmits the voice guidance to the cellular phone 160 via the PSTN network 180, and the cellular phone 160 transmits the photo data to the voice response device 110 via the IP network 181 by performing a specific operation while listening to the received voice guidance in the cellular phone 160.
