A manufacturing apparatus of the bean curd is provided to improve the quality and productivity based on the machine manufacturing process in production of the bean curd with the bean powder as the raw material, and minimize the generation of wastewater according to the manufacturing. The manufacturing apparatus of the bean curd employing the indirect heating method produces the bean curd by flowing the raw material supplied from the raw material tanks(T1, T2) via the transferring pipe(21) in the series processing, and comprises hopper(10), thermal medium heaters(30, 30'), flowing water cooling device(50) and coagulator(60), wherein the hopper is connected to the downstream of the raw material tanks and water reservoir(W1, W2), and controls the mixing and transmission of the raw material individually; the thermal medium heater is connected in the downstream of hopper to communicate with the thermal medium indirectly and heats the raw material with the indirect heat exchange to produce the semi-products; the flowing water-cooling device is connected in the downstream of the thermal medium heater to communicate with the cooling water indirectly and cools the semi-product with the indirect heat exchange; and the coagulator is installed at the downstream of flowing water-cooling device and performs the stirring and cooling of the semi-products. |
