The device has a device such as switch (13) and switching electric rectifier, for reducing medium electric current flowing through an electrical consumer (7) for effective increase of a value of electrical resistance of the consumer. The switching electric rectifier is provided as a bridge connection of diodes, where the switch and the diodes are provided as switching complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) transistors. An independent claim is also included for an energetically self-sufficient system in particular a micro system.
