<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly drive a hybrid power supply system that is structured by combining an electricity-storing device with a fuel cell system and is systematically connected to a commercial power supply in normal power supply. <P>SOLUTION: If a power failure occurs at the commercial power supply, power supply from the fuel cell system 1 and the electricity-storing device 2 to an emergency load 11 is continued and power distribution systems 12-15 connected to normal loads 7-10 are subjected to interruption control according to the outputs of the fuel cell system 1 and the electricity-storing device 2. When the charge capacity of the electricity-storing device 2 decreases to a target value, interruption control is further performed within a range of the rated output of the fuel cell system 1 and the output capacity of the fuel cell system 1 is changed gradually so as to be balanced with load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
