PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a past composition containing an inorganic oxide of excellent dispersability allowing storage for a long period while restraining viscosity from increasing, and hardly sedimentation-separating the inorganic oxide. SOLUTION: This past composition includes the inorganic oxide (A), a water-soluble dispersant (B) having 20 mgKOH/g or more of amine value and 30 mgKOH/g or more of acid number, and an organic binder (C).
