<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for transacting real estate using real estate trust. <P>SOLUTION: This real estate transaction system for trading real estate proprietary entrusted through trader terminals connected via a communication network has: a trust management server entrusted with the real estate, managing a proprietary right of the real estate by an already set trust condition; real estate transaction management server providing selling-out proprietary right information by selling-out request of the trader terminal and information related to the proprietary right of the real estate entrusted to the trust management server together with a current price, determining a tradable proprietary rate, the real estate use right and a profit share ratio by the already set trust condition based on a ratio of a purchase proprietary right by purchase request of the trader terminal and information about a purchaser requesting purchase, and providing a proprietary right change by the trade to the trust management server; and a current price provision server providing current price information related to the entrusted real estate to the real estate transaction management server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
