An electric engine is provided to generate electrical energy by rotating a rotation axis by the weight of a flywheel and the power of a main motor. A start motor(5) rotates a rotation axis(1) by using a current of a battery(10). A secondary AC motor(7) rotates the rotation axis by the operation of an inverter. The start motor returns to an initial position. A generator(12) is connected to the rotation axis by an automatic transmission(6) when the secondary AC motor rotates at high speed. The generator rotates with the rotation axis to generate the electricity. A main rotary motor(11) rotates the rotation axis by using the produced electricity. The main rotary motor rotates the rotation axis by using the electricity of the generator. The secondary AC motor returns to the initial position. The output of the electric engine is made by the weight of the flywheel and the power of the main rotary motor.
