<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display device excellent in durability and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission type liquid crystal display device 3 is provided as a display means, and a lenticular lens 2 is provided as an optical means and is fixed on the surface of the device 3 on an observer 5 side. Then, a marker for a lens 21 is provided on the lens 2 and a marker for a display means 31 is provided on the device 3 as an aligning means for aligning the lens 2 with the device 3.
