METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODELESS FLUORESCENT LAMP BULBS

A manufacturing method of an electroless fluorescent lamp is provided to improve manufacturability of an electroless fluorescent lamp by using pre-manufactured glass pipes. An input line(505) and a power source(506) are arranged on a first glass straight pipe(501), a second glass straight pipe(502), and two glass U pipes. The first glass straight pipe and the second glass straight pipe are integrally formed. A first parallel part(503a) and a second parallel part(503b) are included in both ends of the glass U pipes. The glass U pipes form a lamp envelope of a closed-loop shape. A transformer core(504) is arranged in central parts(503c) of the glass U tubes.
