The supporting rollers are rotatably mounted on axles (37, 38). A pivoting axle (1) lies between the tool parts in an area above the axles of the rollers in the base position. The pivoting axle is provided in an area adjacent to the rollers and near a free end of supports distant from the tool part (3).
