COLOR RESIST REMOVER COMPOSITION FOR TFT-LCD PREPARATION

A colored resist stripping solution composition for TFT-LCD is provided to remove a resin black matrix, a color resist and a photo-spacer easily within a short time. A colored resist stripping solution composition for TFT-LCD comprises an inorganic alkali hydroxide 1 ~ 30 weight%; a water-soluble amine compound 2 ~ 50 weight%; an alcohol 2 ~ 30 weight%; a surfactant 0.01 ~ 5 weight%; and water 0.01 ~ 94 weight%. Preferably the inorganic alkali hydroxide is any one selected from the group consisting of lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and their mixture.
