An IVVR(Interactive Voice and Video Response) platform development and a service offering method for supplying interactive service through voice and video based on 3G video call are provided to supply an interactive service assembling image by building a platform which is connected with CPs(Contents Providers). A script fetch module brings a VoiceXML document from CP on internet. The script fetch module intercepts error by integrity check by an XSD(XML Schema Definition). The VoiceXML parser performs a dialogue processing of the VoiceXML intrinsic. A CCXML parser processes CCXML for the call processing. An SCXML parser converts and processes the state of the VoiceXML dialog. |
