METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS PREPARING COPOLYMER RESIN OF alpha- METHYL STRYLENE AND VINYLCYANO COMPOUND HAVING HEAT-RESISTANCE

A method for continuously preparing a heat-resistant resin is provided to maximize a polymerization conversion rate, and to prepare a heat-resistant copolymer resin of alpha-methyl strylene and a vinyl cyanide compound. A method for continuously preparing a copolymer resin of alpha-methylstyrene and vinyl cyanide comprises the steps of: (i) consecutively injecting a mixture solution of alpha-methylstyrene and vinyl cyanide to a first reactor; and (ii) transferring the mixed solution to a second reactor, adding styrene and polymerizing them. In (i) step, alpha-methylstyrene 45~55 weight% and vinyl cyanide compound 35~55 weight% based on the total content of the monomer mixture.
