A building finish material is provided to express beautiful 3D patterns in no need of the use of wallpaper. A building finish material is composed of 0.5-3wt% of adhesive solvent, 5-10wt% of water, 50-70wt% of jade powder, 10-25wt% of germanium and 1-15wt% of Japanese lacquer powder. A method for preparing the Japanese lacquer powder comprises the following steps of: mixing 0.01-1part of pine resin powder, 0.01-0.5part of pine needle extract and 0.01-0.05part of wormwood extract with 100 parts of Japanese lacquer undiluted solution; heating the mixture at 90 ~ 120°C for 1 ~ 5 hours; adding 0.01-1part of silk powder and treating them at low temperature for 0.5 ~ 3 hours; adding 0.1 ~ 3 parts of alcohol and heating them for 1 ~ 5 hours to vaporize urushiol; and naturally cooling off and making them minute powder.
