A display device with a stand capable of being mounted on wall is provided to install a display unit on a wall or the ground by one stand unit. An image is outputted on a display unit. A hook unit(60) is formed on a rear surface of the display unit. One end of a supporting unit is combined in the display unit. The other end of the supporting unit is combined in a stand unit. The stand unit is settled on the ground or fixed to a wall.
