An end-to-end security channel operating method between a server on communications network and an IC card and a system thereof for supplying the security about a communication channel are provided to prevent a public certificate from being hacked by mounting the public certificate to an IC card. A random number is generated to an IC card for end to end security channel operation between a server and an IC(Integrated Circuit) card on communication network. Encrypted E of the random number is generated through an open key corresponding to the user certificate information equipped in the IC card(600). The generated E is transmitted to the card(605). The card verifying person and the generated encrypted E are transmitted to the server(630). The generated server verifier is transmitted to the card. The card compares the server verifier and card verifying person. |
