<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for conducting more effective exchange of information via a content-transmitting system in a user's information terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A content-transmitting system enables a user to easily prepare content which conforms to the user's intention to prepare, when the user arranges limited several kinds of templates and frames (including moving images) to still-image information or moving-image information which the user obtains through portable information equipment with a GPS function to constitute them as one content, by using the time information on the time when the images are picked up and the position information obtained from the GPS.
