摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metal nanoparticle composition which has good stability or shelf life, and/or low annealing temperature, and which includes suitable liquid for fabricating liquid-processed conductive elements for electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for making metal nanoparticles includes a process where the metal nanoparticles each having a carboxylic acid-amine complex on their surface are formed by the reduction of a metal carboxylate in the presence of an organoamine and a reducing agent.
