PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print medium supplying device which can surely support a roll sheet loaded on a main shaft while preventing loosening caused by unremoved guide plates, and can facilitate the replacement work of the roll sheet. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with the guide plates 432 which are set annularly to the main shaft 41 and press the roll sheet 31 loaded on the main shaft 41 from a side surface side, and a loosening preventing mechanism (flaps 48) prepared at a front end of the guide plate 432 and opposite to the circumferential surface of the roll sheet 31 loaded on the main shaft 41. At the time of supporting the roll sheet 31 loaded on the main shaft 41 by the unremoved guide plates 432, the loosening preventing mechanism is opposed to the circumferential surface of the roll sheet 31, so that loosening is prevented.
