PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a locking device to be properly operated even if the kind of the locking device locking a lid is different, permit servicing efficiency to be improved, and prevent the problem that the locking device ceases to operate properly from occurring. SOLUTION: A control device detects required movement time of a locking member from the result of detection of a position detection contact by moving the locking member of the locking device (Steps B6 to B10) and decides on the detail of control of the locking device on the basis of the result of the detection in a lid locking routine (Step B11). Consequently, since the locking device can be properly operated in accordance with the kind of an installed locking device, it is possible to make a repair for each of installed locking devices no longer needed when servicing, the servicing efficiency can be improved, and the possibility that the problem that the locking device ceases to normally operate can be eliminated.
