摘要 <p>Provided is a backup jig for a surface mounted device of a printed circuit board and a driving method thereof. The backup jig includes a control circuit board including: a microcomputer connected to a power supply and a computer, which has a self-stored program to control throughout the backup jig; a driver circuit driven by a pulse-width modulation (PWM); a circuit receiving a signal from a current sensor and inputting the received signal into an A/D conversion circuit in the microcomputer; a sensor driver circuit to receive an external actuating signal; and a telecommunication driver circuit for configuration and remote control of the microcomputer, as well as a plurality of solenoids aligned on a top of the control circuit board to be controlled by the same so as to support at least one surface mounted device of the printed circuit board. Accordingly, actuating pins of the backup jig may appropriately support at least one surface mounted device of the printed circuit board through at least one solenoid or micro-motor without an alternative initial supporting device such as a spring and, even if any external factor such as vibration occurs in an automatic apparatus including a jig, the backup jig according to the present invention may stably support the printed circuit board through the solenoid and/or micro-motor. Other than the backup jig, any additional device such as a compressor, a pneumatic circuit, a control box for the same and so forth, is not required. Therefore, the present invention effectively reduces installation cost and space for the same.</p>
