PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid packaging bag which is easily opened, whose unsealing condition is good, and which prevents a packaged article from dripping and scattering when the packaged article is spouted. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is prepared by folding back a laminated film equipped with at least a base film layer and a sealant layer in the width direction so as to face the sealant layers, heat-sealing longitudinally side edges each other, and by sealing laterally the upper ends and the lower ends. The upper/lower side lateral sealing parts of the packaging bag are formed upwardly obliquely toward a folding-back side edge part, and on the upper side lateral sealing part upwardly inclined, an arc-shaped or a straight linear tearing guiding line for guiding unsealing of the packaging bag is formed from the upper end side of the sealing part to the lower end side near the top part of the folding-back side edge part.
