PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition which contains one surfactant in a large amount singly, which excels in detergency and a softness imparting effect and which does not cause gelling on the liquid surface even in low temperatures, and hardly forms a film. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains 50-70 mass% of an alkylene oxide addition product (A) represented by general formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 9-13C straight chain or branched chain alkyl group or alkenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-4C alkylene group; R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-3C alkyl group; and n indicates an average addition moles of alkylene oxide and is 5-30), an amidoamine compound (B) and an anionic surfactant (C).
