ZINC ALLOY COATED STEEL SHEET HAVING GOOD SEALER ADHESION AND CORROSION RESISTANCE AND PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A steel sheet coated with zinc alloy having excellent sealer adhesion and corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have high corrosion resistance and excellent sealer adhesiveness by performing the coating of a thin film through vacuum evaporation and performing heat treatment. A steel sheet coated with zinc alloy having excellent sealer adhesion and corrosion resistance is composed of: a zinc coating layer on a steel sheet; and an alloy vapor deposited layer of metal and zinc on the top of the zinc coating layer. On the interface of the zinc coating layer and the steel sheet, the alloy phase of the iron and the zinc does not exist. A diffusion layer of metal exists within the zinc coating layer. The metal is a conductive metal. The conductive metal is one or more kinds selected from the group of Mg, Al, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ti, and Ni. The alloy used in the alloy vapor deposited layer consists of one or more kinds, selected from the group of Mg, Al, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ti, and Ni, of 90-95 weight% and Zn of 5-10 weight%.
