PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a display member with sheet metal parts, with firmer strength, so that it may not be off from the metal sheet parts. SOLUTION: A metal sheet is bent nearly into 90°at its both front ends to form fitting paws 31 and is arranged so that the bent front ends may point nearly in the vertical direction to the plane direction of an LCD 1. When an LCD-fixing frame 2, to which the LCD 1 is fixed, is mounted on a front case 3, the front ends bent nearly into 90°fit to the fitting concave parts 21 of the LCD-fixing frame 2. Consequently, for example, even when large impact such as a drop is added to the LCD 1, the LCD 1 is not deviated nearly in the vertical direction to the plane direction to surely hold the LCD 1 with the front case 3 which is a sheet metal part.
