An inter-layer soundproof material including cord yarn and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut off the noise by recycling a polyester cord yarn extracted from the waste tire. An inter-layer soundproof material comprises: a waste polyester cord yarn extracted from the waste tire; a flake type body(11) made from a awning yarn including the polyvinyl chloride powder and fiber powder extracted from the waste awning; a plurality of pores(13) in which the air can be contained inside the flake type body; and a plurality of embossing part(12) formed one between the bottom side and the upper side of the flake type body. |
